Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing curatedbykyzen@gmail.com with a photo and description of the damage. You may be asked to return the item for inspection. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
